CW Technologies Product Testimonials
June 2005
"Having decided that access to and from the classrooms at the rear of the school
in a self-contained block needed to be better managed, we consulted other schools
in the area who recommended CW Technologies as the supplier of a system of
electronic locks called keySOLVE.
Their response was prompt and the advice was good. The fitting of the locks was
carried out efficiently and the system has proved to be reliable for both staff and
pupils to use as appropriate, making this block of classrooms secure from
unauthorised external entry.
Selecting the keySOLVE product to provide the solution to this security issue has
proved to be one of the best decisions we have made to ensure the security of pupils and staff."

"We had a specific need to restrict access via all the external doors of our school,
whilst maintaining accessibility for our pupils and staff.
We considered many options and came to the conclusion that the keySOLVE product,
provided by CW Technologies, delivered all the flexibility and cost effectiveness required.
The work was carried out efficiently and on schedule and after sales support has been excellent.
There has always been attention to detail in considering our needs, even if it was a less costly solution."

"Since the installation of the keySOLVE proximity access control system,
which restricts access to key areas to authorised personnel only, our pupils
and staff feel less vulnerable and our buildings are more secure. The system
is quickly installed and is easily managed by on site members of staff.
Most importantly it is very cost effective and can be expanded as and when
additional funding becomes available"

Office staff working for Bury Metropolitan Borough Council are
users of several keySOLVE access control systems supplied by CW
Technologies. Tony Keith, head of security for Bury MBC said:
"Prior to our selection of the keySOLVE systems there was
a real concern over the need for dexterity and the integrity of
codes used to access the combination locks installed in certain
offices. The keySOLVE units were very quickly installed and have
proved extremely simple to manage."
keySOLVE systems are delivered in two forms that share a common
method of operation and proximity key fobs.

Bedrooms and other guest doors at the Forge Hotel, Chichester,
West Sussex, are controlled by KeySOLVE access control device from
CW Technologies. They allow the hotel owner Neil Rusbridger to
hand the battery-operated, programmed key to a bedroom to guests,
who return it at the end of their stay. Should they not return
it, the card can be cancelled. As for house-keeping, staff can
be provided with a key that allows access to all bedrooms. Mr Rusbridger
says:
" It's such a flexible system. It isn't controlled by a computer,
which makes it in my view much more user-friendly."

" CWThave recently provided us with a number of keySOLVE locks for
some of the restricted access areas within the college. The locks
are quick and easy to install, taking our joiner approximately
30 minutes to install and programme.
While the initial outlay appears high, the durability, life expectancy
and reduced outlay on keys provides acceptable pay back period.
Each fob is individually programmed, which means staff use one
fob for as many locks as they have access, reducing the amount
of keys cut. Multiply this by 40 core staff and 30 locks, and you
soon have a considerable long term saving."
